A few short years ago , Anna Lang was singing some of her favourite songs in the
local pubs and clubs in her hometown of Whitstable in Kent.
Today , Anna is a signed and published singer / songwriter with the Rockstarmedia
music group.
This January ( 2011 ) sees the release of her Debut Album on global digital download
through Rocka records , the rise of the songstress from the South East has been
nothing short of remarkable .
Anna believes she has been fortunate recently but she has surrounded herself with
a group of fabulously talented musicians and composers , she has found a superb
producer & engineer in Sean Kenny in Maidstone and has the benefit of a dynamic
and young record and publishing Company ( Rockstarmedia music ) behind her.
Add to that her ability to interprept a song into a devine counter melody , create an
interesting array of lyrics , produce catchy hooks and deliver a pure vocal and it's
easy to see why she is in the position she currently enjoys.
Not tied to any particular genre , she has the freedom to write to the music she
enjoys, provided by the immense talent she works with.
Country , electronica dance , blues and pop are all in the portfolio and the album
due to be released around March should offer an interesting , vibrant and eclectic
mix .
Tracks range from a simple pure vocal , to intracate layers of backing vocals.
